What we take off your desk
-
IRS collection
Forms 433-A and 433-B with supporting documentation. Offers in compromise and reconsiderations. Collection due process requests and hearing records. Installment agreements and currently-not-collectible submissions. Levy releases, lien discharges, and subordinations. Account transcript retrieval, collection statute analysis, penalty abatement, and trust fund recovery penalty support.
-
Mississippi Department of Revenue
Audit document assembly and records analysis. Board of Review and Board of Tax Appeals filings and exhibits. Chancery Court appeals. Sales, use, withholding, and income tax matters.
-
Litigation support
United States Tax Court petitions, stipulations of fact, and pretrial memoranda. Discovery responses and document review. Bates production and exhibit indexing. Deposition preparation materials. State court pleadings and electronic filing.
-
Corporate and transactional
Entity formations and organizational consents. Operating agreements and bylaws. Corporate record maintenance, registered agent coordination, and annual report compliance.
Most contract paralegals cannot pull and read a transcript, compute a collection statute expiration date, or build a financial statement that survives a revenue officer's review. That is the difference the Enrolled Agent credential makes, and it is why firms bring us in on the matters they would otherwise carry alone.
How engagements work
-
A written agreement first
Every firm engages us under a master services agreement, with a statement of work for each matter setting the scope, the deliverables, and the deadline. Rates are hourly or flat — never a share of your fee.
-
Conflicts cleared before work begins
We run every matter against a written conflicts register before accepting it, and we screen and segregate by firm. No shared folder holds two firms' matters. You will be told in writing if anything turns up.
-
Insured in our own name
Professional liability, general liability, and cyber coverage carried by us, so your malpractice policy is not being asked to stretch over an outside contractor. Certificates on request.
-
Secure by default
A written information security plan, multi-factor authentication everywhere, encryption at rest and in transit, and a secure portal for anything carrying a Social Security or account number. Nothing sensitive travels as an email attachment.
